In general the budget schema consists of 3 elements. Construction payment, Maintenance payment and Feature payment.

Construction payment is a one-off payment. This is the cost of developing the solution and will be paid before the solution is used in real life. The payment could be broken up into minor payments paid at different times in the development face.

Maintenance payment is a periodically payment throughout the time where the solution is being run by CouldTownIT. The payment represent the running cost of the solution like hosting cost, upgrades, licences and compensation of the construction payment.

Feature payment is the cost of development new features or extending the used of the solution. This could be an individual payment, an add-on to the maintenance payment or a combination of the two.
